Most garages are generalists — servicing, tyres, brakes, MOTs, and diagnostics squeezed in between. We made a deliberate choice to go the other way: diagnostics and specialist repair, and nothing else. That focus means the equipment, the training and the time we spend on a single fault is a level above what a general workshop can justify.
It's also why customers tend to find us after two or three other garages have already had a go — cleared a code, reset a light, sent the car away. We're usually the ones who actually trace it back to the real cause.
