How a Repair services Is Booked In
Tell us what the vehicle is doing when you call. If the fault is apparent, such as worn brakes or a broken spring, we can book the repair immediately.
Otherwise, the vehicle is booked in for a diagnostic assessment first. By the end of the assessment, we will know what has failed and which repairs are required. Minor faults can often be rectified there and then.
We will not undertake any work beyond the agreed job until we have discussed it with you.

Our workshop is at 10a The Moor in Melbourn, between Royston and Cambridge. We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and closed at weekends. You can book your vehicle in online, or call us and we will arrange it for you.
